Terms of Service
Last updated September 15, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a contract between you and VigoWallet Inc. (“VigoWallet,” “we,” “us”) for use of vigowallet.app, the VigoWallet dashboard, APIs, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this contract. You may not use the Service if you are barred under applicable sanctions or if digital-asset services are prohibited where you live. You are responsible for complying with local law.
2. The Service
VigoWallet provides a hosted dashboard to view, deposit, withdraw, stake, and track digital assets, plus related alerts, analytics, and notifications. Features, supported assets, networks, and availability may change. We may offer free and paid plans; plan limits are described on the pricing page or in-product.
VigoWallet is not a bank, broker-dealer, exchange, investment adviser, or tax adviser. Nothing on the Service is investment, legal, or tax advice. Digital-asset prices and yields can go to zero.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for credentials, MFA devices, and activity on your account.
- Notify us immediately at support@vigowallet.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
- We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Deposits, withdrawals, and staking
- Deposits sent to an address we display for your account may be credited after network confirmation and, where required, internal review.
- Withdrawals may be delayed, queued, or declined for security, compliance, insufficient balance, network congestion, or operational reasons. Fees, if any, will be shown before you confirm.
- Staking lockups, APYs, and earning schedules are estimates, not guarantees. Rewards can change or stop. Early unlock or product rules may apply as shown in the product.
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible once broadcast. Sending assets to the wrong network or address can result in permanent loss. We are not obligated to recover them.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other illegal activity
- Attempt to probe, disrupt, or bypass security, rate limits, or access controls
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Service except as allowed by law
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate VigoWallet
- Use the Service to hold or transfer assets you are not authorized to control
6. Fees
Subscription fees, if you subscribe, are billed according to the plan you select. Network fees and any VigoWallet withdrawal or product fees are disclosed in the flow before you confirm. Unpaid amounts, chargebacks, or abuse may result in feature limits or account closure.
7. Intellectual property
VigoWallet and its licensors own the Service, branding, and content we provide. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own lawful purposes. You keep rights to the data you submit; you grant us a license to process it solely to operate and improve the Service.
8. Third-party services
Price feeds, block explorers, email delivery, hosting, and similar vendors are outside our full control. Their outages or errors can affect balances, alerts, or notifications shown in VigoWallet. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that balances, prices, APYs, tax estimates, or alerts are complete, current, or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or secure.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIGOWALLET AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO VIGOWALLET IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limits apply only to the extent permitted.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify VigoWallet against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your assets, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account closure. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violation of these Terms, legal risk, or operational necessity. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including 7–11 and 13–14) survive termination. Outstanding withdrawal requests remain subject to review.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes may be posted in-product or emailed. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, close your account and stop using the Service.
14. General
These Terms are the entire agreement for the Service and supersede prior agreements on the same subject. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Governing law and venue will be determined under applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.
